Evaluations & Examinations Guide

Introduction

Candidates preparing for The Institute's evaluation processes and examinations are enjoined to participate in the online discussion classes immediately upon registration. To join the online class, go to www.easyclass.com, and using the access code appearing against the subject on the Prospectus, click on "STUDENTS: ENTER ACCESS CODE" to register as a student, using the same details supplied at the time of your application. Once your registration has been verified, you will, automatically, be admitted into the class. You need only one registration to join the classes by simply using the subject codes. Participation is strongly instructive and advisable but not compulsory.

A general group chat for each category of candidates (PL 1 - PL 5) has also been arranged. This is to serve as a platform for all candidates at each level to interact and share their prospects and challenges. It shall not be used for posting of issues unrelated to The Institute, or create unnecessary acrimony, spreading of hate speeches and fake news, as defaulting persons shall be accordingly penalised.   This is to serve as a form of support and should not be abused in any way, whatsoever.

The online subject classes have also been created for participants to meet tutors who provides support on the areas of study before embarking on the evaluation processes, or examinations, as the case may be. This platform shall be shut down within one hour before commencement of the evaluation, or examination for that particular subject.

It shall be at the discretion of the Supervising Tutor to provide areas of concentration to the student, or otherwise. This shall not be deemed as a latitude for examination leakages and other forms of malpractice. Penalties shall not be hesitated in the event of breach, either by the tutors or students.
